current weight: well its been up and down in the past 2 weeks, highest was 148, now im 143lbs
hair: summer is just too hot for hair, i cut it last month and i may cut it once more before summer is over, then grow it out for winter maybe. we shall see!
Girl I like: I finally met a girl WORTH my time who is not like anyone else i’ve met. we are taking it slow and hopefully good things come from this
mile time for the week: i dont keep track anymore, like my last update said, I run cardio like 4 times a week and it varies, i do anywhere from 3 miles to 15, i ran 15 last month on the bike path in about 2 hours roughly? i dont remember the time, but yeah, i just run to get ripped now.
what I’m eating: cereal, protein, and whatever else i feel like eating. i finally came to the conclusion that i have to EAT to get bigger and ripped and so far, its working.

lets just say i finally have started working out my legs, and my back, and other parts of my body. my goal is to get ripped as shit.
