update: July 7th, 2009

current weight: 134.4 lbs.i was actually down to 131 at one point at the beginning of july!  i feel so much more lean and fit though

hair: im gonna get a fresh new cut Wednesday!  i get paid that day and i cant wait, the fresh look makes me feel good about myself :)

girl i like: single!!!  hahah :D  

mile time for the week: i always do a 6:10-6:30 mile, but recently im doing the stairmaster, holy cow that thing is a sweat machine.  in 15 minutes i walk up stairs for 2 miles and its equivalent to 110 stories.  that thing is amazing.

STAIRMASTER time for the week: this takes over the exersize bike slot.  so far for the first stairmaster time, in 15 minutes i went 2 miles exactly.  it makes your legs hurt like crazy!!! 

what I’m eating: im eating less fast food, compared to last month.  i mean, i eat the fast food but when i do, i go to the gym asap.  haha its a fear or phobia now that i’ll get fat if i eat and dont work out.  im so fearful of getting where i was.  but yea, cereal, quesadilla’s, thats pretty much it.  and a crapload of water omg!!

body type: honestly, i am FEELING the results more than ever now.  i have managed to go almost every day and miss like 2 or 4 days in 3 weeks, im soooooo desperate on getting what i want.  i went to some fitness place and i may try to built muscle weight so if i start gaining weight, it’ll be muscle from protein.  the stuff is expensive tho so idk if i’ll do it.  im more focused on just staying lean and toned up.  i feel good about myself and thats what matters :)   (unless its after i just ate then i feel like crap haha)
