NOVEMBER 4TH, 2007-ONE YEAR ANNIVSERSARY
update: November 4th, 2007, 365 days from the exact day i started this
current weight THEN: 171 lbs
current weight NOW: 137.6 lbs
total weight loss in one year: 33.4 lbs
hair THEN: it was long, nappy, un-combed, girlish, and ugly
hair NOW: its short, i cut it at least every month, and people like it
face THEN: it had acne on it, from the long hair i had. my forehead was whiter than the rest of me, even though im really white… you know. haha. had acne on the cheeks and around the mouth, wasnt good.
face NOW: i still have one or two little specs here and there, but nothing like back then. my forehead is not AS white haha, i eventually cut my hair off november 17th 2006, and have almost kept it short for a year exactly. i wash it daily, i try keeping it nice and purdy for the ladies, or lady i guess u could say that i like
girl i like THEN: it was some girl in my photo class i had a crush on for 2 weeks, lame, she was one big reason why i wanted to lose weight though, but there is another bigger reason
girl i like NOW: i do like someone right now.. and have liked her for a while now, on and off for 2 years..and she is the reason that i keep wanting to be in shape, so she is my motivation i guess you could say… lol its wierd how girls have that effect over guys, but ya shes definatley worth the motivation i think.. 
Obstacles: back in march i had broke my foot which was horrible, then i didnt exersize for about a good 2 months, gaining back some of the weight i had lossed. then there was the month of hanging out with bryn and justin, going to the MP, eating take out all the time and what not. those were my only set backs and obstacles i guess, and getting a job, but getting a job helped me pay for my gym membership :]
mile time for the week THEN: okay one year ago i never ran at all, i barley started back in may, and when i did, i ran an 11 minute mile at the gym.
mile time for the week NOW: today i ran at 8.0 mph, and it was a 7:29 minute mile, best time of my entire life
what I’m eating THEN: i used to go to the mall, buy 2 slices of sbarro pizza, a large soda, NEVER drank water, always had take out food almost every friday, mcdondalds and what not… i would eat more than 5 meals a day, more like 10 probably. whole bags of chips would be gone in 2 days… it was bad.
what I’m eating NOW: i eat so much healthier. all i drink is water, or milk if im having cereal. wake up, have my breakfast, eat a sandwhich sometimes, a wheat bread turkey meat sandwich, its so good, and have not touched a single full can of soda in a year now.
body type THEN: everyone who knew me throughout the 3 previous years at rhs knew i was a big guy, no defined face, no neck, ugly body, wore size 34 pants, had no definition at all anywhere on my body, was just plane fat and ugly. plus i had no muscles at all anywhere on my arms, it was bad.
body type NOW: i have a defined neck with an adam’s apple, a pretty defined face i think. i’m skinny now, wear size 29 pants, i can even fit 28’s if i wanted to. i think im pretty slim and slender, i have definition in my stomach area now… i actually have arm and back muscles for once, unlike then. and im finaly started to see some abs, i’ve seen the top 2 for a while but after a really long good work out i can see 4 of em, haha, so hopefully before my bday i can get them defined. i feel great now
