update: december 30th, 2007
current weight: 138.0, it went up to 140.3 earlier in the week, then i went back on my diet yesterday and i think its working again. so yea im happy that i now know the key to how to lose weight if i ever need to.
hair: it grows back way to damn fast. i really wanna cut it again. i guess ill let it grow out for a few more weeks, we’ll see i guess.
girl i like:
mile time for the week: actually i didnt run the mile this week, i ran for distance this time. yesterday i ran a total of 2 miles at the gym, and today in 10 minutes i ran 1.5 miles, so if i would have kept going i would have done 3 miles in about 20, which is reallllly good. i burned like 300 calories today and yesterday
what I’m eating: im back to my diet of just wheaties and no snacks throughout the day. friday i had a pizza with gabe at target, and some snacks at the movies. i dont like doing that, so im stopping that, to much saturated fat in that shit. im tryin to get my abs to come through gaw damnit
body type: stomach is pretty firm, arms are getting a lot bigger, im seeing the two lower abs now after every workout i do. its probably cuz of the new ab exersizes ive been doing this past week. they’re really effective. my chest is gettin great to, same with the back, they’re all getting more defined. veins are popping out on my arms and up the hips around where the v cuts would be. i like it, i look ripped lol. im actually satisfied with my results these past couple of days. go me. nice way to end 2008 i guess. i ended 2006 at 160 lbs, now im 22 lbs lighter come 2008
12/31 here is a new pic.. the arms are gettin really defined and the stomach is coming out nicely. i guarantee you by my 18th bday u’ll see really good results.
