update: december 23rd, 2007

current weight: 138.5, i know im gaining but thats cuz im doing more weight lifts than running. im gonna start dropping soon again cuz its xmas break and im gonna be running a shitload at the gym, like i did today. i was at the gym for an hour and a half today, longest since the summer i think

hair: i like it short and shaggy

girl i like: i dont think this is gonna change very much anytime soon so yea idk. i gave her her gifts, she didnt seem to thrilled

mile time for the week:
2 miles in under 15 minutes for me today. i took this pic while i was on the treadmil, its 1.82 miles in 13:20, i got 2 miles in 14:50, and that 207 is how many calories i had burned so far. next time i go to the gym im gonna do three miles, no matter what, i need to try that again. its my goal to get 3 miles in under 25 minutes, cuz thats how much i ran it last time i tried.



what I’m eating:
wheaties still, latley ive also been eating these high protien microwaveable thingies to build up muscle

body type: my lower stomach is becoming more firm and harder, i think if i keep running and burning off more fat the abs should come through. i’ll give it till mid january or my bday and hopefully they’ll come through. also ive been doing a lot more weight lifting as ive mentioned before and its helping out, my veins are popping out like crazy. and i was k13 at work friday so that in itself was a good workout… i took new progress pics, i dont have a cord for my camera though, justin has it, as soon as i get it i’ll put them up
