update: december 16th, 2007
current weight: 137.9, gained because ive been weight lifting a lot more than ive been running. so its muscle im sure. i havent updated in a long time cuz ive been to busy to do anything. in two weeks ive been to the gym about 5 times. but i do home workouts.
hair: i cut it last wednesday, i cant stand long hair.. i like being ‘fresh’ or whatever you want to call it.
girl i like: well i finished xmas shopping for her.. again, she’s still my motivation really to do better.. so yea next friday ill prolly give her gifts to her, i think i should do it at her house though cuz for one of the gifts it’d kinda be appropriate to do. it’ll make sense friday
mile time for the week: i run a mile this week, i just ran at like 8.0 mph again until i got tired. i need to do a 3 mile run, i dont have the patience though to stay on there for 22 minutes. i need an ipod or something to listen to while running
what I’m eating: wheaties, sandwiches, school lunches, mainly thats it. and lots of water.
body type: my arms are getting bigger i think. i need to take an update pic again, its been a while. my stomach is killing me, i did ball-sit ups, and no im not being gross, i mean exersize ball sit ups. 75 of them at the gym. but yea i am getting a lot stronger, and im tryin to bulk up, so im not so ‘puny’ or ‘tiny’… i wanna look buff but skinny at the same time if that makes sense.
