update: July 7th, 2009

current weight: 134.4 lbs.i was actually down to 131 at one point at the beginning of july!  i feel so much more lean and fit though

hair: im gonna get a fresh new cut Wednesday!  i get paid that day and i cant wait, the fresh look makes me feel good about myself :)

girl i like: single!!!  hahah :D  

mile time for the week: i always do a 6:10-6:30 mile, but recently im doing the stairmaster, holy cow that thing is a sweat machine.  in 15 minutes i walk up stairs for 2 miles and its equivalent to 110 stories.  that thing is amazing.

STAIRMASTER time for the week: this takes over the exersize bike slot.  so far for the first stairmaster time, in 15 minutes i went 2 miles exactly.  it makes your legs hurt like crazy!!! 

what I’m eating: im eating less fast food, compared to last month.  i mean, i eat the fast food but when i do, i go to the gym asap.  haha its a fear or phobia now that i’ll get fat if i eat and dont work out.  im so fearful of getting where i was.  but yea, cereal, quesadilla’s, thats pretty much it.  and a crapload of water omg!!

body type: honestly, i am FEELING the results more than ever now.  i have managed to go almost every day and miss like 2 or 4 days in 3 weeks, im soooooo desperate on getting what i want.  i went to some fitness place and i may try to built muscle weight so if i start gaining weight, it’ll be muscle from protein.  the stuff is expensive tho so idk if i’ll do it.  im more focused on just staying lean and toned up.  i feel good about myself and thats what matters :)   (unless its after i just ate then i feel like crap haha)

update: May 17th, 2009

current weight: 138.4 lbs. for the past few months its been really stable.  im kind of ashamed.  havent been updating as much, havent really lost or gained.  my workout isnt as popular as it once was but im still working out.

hair: cut it like a week or so ago.  :)   i love getting haircuts.  it makes your appearance look slimmer and everything for men.  if anyone wants to ever follow my workout, start with a nice haircut.

girl i like: i am soooo happy!!!  we have been trouble free now for over 2 months.  its the longest we have gone without any problems.  we have been to the beach, a comedian show, dinasours, prom, and another trip to the beach is coming up, since my last update :)   i love her, i really truley do, and she loves me.  things could not be any more smoother than they are right now

mile time for the week:im running a 6:13-6:27 mile now on the treadmils average every time i go.  when i go for two miles its about 13 still.  ima go for 3 miles pretty soon. i try to do it once a month now.  im workin all the time so i dont go to the gym as much as i used to.

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: this is obsolete now.  im still gonna use it but not update it.  ill put something new here soon, this is the last update for this thing though :)

what I’m eating: im so glad me and alexis came to a comprimise today :D   we do eat fast food, but from now on, when we do, we wont order huge meals or anything.  we will order in smaller meals and share them.  we are trying to get her some pots and pans and stuff for her new apartment so we can have home made cooked meals that are way healthier :D   we are in this together now as far as eating healthy.  its gonna start soon once we get the equpitment for her new apartment :)

body type: i miss a lot of things.  i miss high school and how i was so thin my senior year, and was so fat my junior year.  i was the biggest change there.  now that im out, im just another average joe with a physique.  (kinda sorta), i still think i do, and dont have a good body.  when i work out, i think i look bomb :D   when i just eat something, i think im ugly as hell hahahah.  its wierd, but yea know what, i go to church and god says to love yourself for who you are.  i gotta stay true to that.  i have a girl who loves me, i work hard every day to keep myself where i am.  im determined to never get obese or fat again.  i am proud of myself

current weight: 139.64 lbs.  its been around 140 for the past month almost.  nothing over 141, or below 138.  i workout not as much now that i have a job.  but when i do workout, i do it pretty intense

hair: i just cut it, fressshhh

girl i like: im still going out with alexis.  i love her and when i workout, i still cant help but think of her and how i can do better and pretend she is there so i could impress her.  but honestly im doing this for myself now.  i want my body to be in tip top shape.  im trying hard for myself now.  this has been my journey for almost 3 years…

mile time for the week: 2 miles in like, 13 somethin minutes?  ha i forgot, but i ran 2 yesterday.

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: this one is going to be obsolete pretty soon.  im gonna try selling or giving my bike away.  if anyone is interested, let me know.  50 bucks?  any takers?  its helped me out in the past if anyone wants it.  watch tv and workout :)

what I’m eating: its not what im eating anymore.  its when, and how much.  i cant diet.  i figured that out after attempting it so much.  so i eat breakfast.  now i work throughout the day, eat something hear or there when working, after work, nothing, then if i hang out with my friends or alexis, i’ll eat sonic or taco bell or whatever i get.  thats how it is, every day.  even the weekends.  so mainly 2 or 3 things a day.

body type: i like my body… soemtimes.  sometimes i feel like its not good enough or something.  i work really hard.  i havent updated this in a while cuz i try so hard to change drastically for an update but recently, i havent.  its died down.  my prime of when i was fat and the loss of it has come and gone.  im buffer, skinnier, more ripped… its not changing really.  people have stopped caring about my updates i believe.  i have no time for it too anymore.  im busy 24/7 now it seems.

i miss being able to stay at the gym for 2 hours.  but my body is in an okay stage right now.  okay isnt the best, i can be so much better.  ill leave it up to others to judge.

current weight: 141.5 lbs.  this has been a HUGE REASON why i havent updated in almost 2 months.  ive been ashamed i gained weight.  i went from 128 earlier in the year to now over 145 at one point.  i mean… it could be muscle, it could be fat, i dont know, i feel more fit and a lot more healthier.. idk, im not used to seeing weight gain though.

hair: i always cut it now, no more ‘growing’ out… i like the fresh look

girl i like: me and alexis are still together but im still my own motivation.

mile time for the week: I REACHED MY GOAL.  3 miles in under 20 minutes.  i never ever ran this hard in my life.  i am so proud i got it though, its something 2 years ago i never thought would be possible.  but i got proof yo.

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: i havent done it since last time.  im thinkin of doing it at the gym though, idk

what I’m eating: i tried hard to eat what i did last time i posted an update but i just cant.  i still eat cereal and other stuff, and when i go out with my gf we eat stuff that isnt healthy ;( i really need to stop.

body type: im definatley getting more definition everywhere, arms, stomach, legs, chest.  i got some update pics, but yea, i am stronger and have more endurance.  sorry i havent updated in so long.

current weight: 138.6 lbs.  yup… weight gain folks!  i did gain weight, surprise surprise.  ive been over 140 actually a week or 2 ago.  why?  idk.  might be muscles, might be fat, might be water?  hell if  i know, but i personally think its muscle, im getting so much stronger and am able to lift a lot more.

hair: eh, its sorta long, i cut it around thanksgiving, its gettin longer, i dont think i’ll cut it soon but we’ll see

girl i like: this is the most confusing one i hate doing now.  alexis is still a big part in my life and she knows it.  im too nice a guy to be mean, but trust me, i have a mean side.  but i’ve learned i dont have a motivation who is a girl to do better, I’M my motivation, ive seen how far ive come and this is pushing me to do better and to not go back to my old ways.

mile time for the week: 3 miles.  20 minutes, 49 seconds.  best time, EVER.  i did it in 21:52 and 22:49 the previous couple days before getting the mark of 20:49!  im so proud of myself.  idk i just pushed myself super hard that day, i felt like running for miles but i was working out with my friend that day.

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: the odometer on my bike is broke so i dont use it :-/   im starting to get back into the routine of a home workout due to the fact i dont have a job at the moment. so i might get back into doing the bike soon

what I’m eating: well… im mixing it up finally.  im eating oats for breakfast, beans and mixed veggies for lunch, and then some rice from fresh and easy maybe for my 3rd meal.  i saw this video on youtube that showed what you should eat for 6 pack abs and im tryin my hardest to eat that shit, and lay off the non ab food.

body type: yeeee :D   i like it.  kinda……. i know i can be better but idk, my arms and pecs are getting defined and i like them, i just wish i had the mid section still.  it bothers me i cant get what i’ve been working so hard to try and achieve these past 2 years.  im trying so hard right now too.  ill get there eventually, i wanna try that p90x fitness program but its expensive.

november 2006 weight: 171+ lbs
november 2007 weight: 137.6 lbs
november 2008 current weight: 134.4 lbs – it has been up to 136 again this week, but like i said, ive been working out like crazy, ive even seen 127.9 on a scale before, i have had a great past year.

november 2006 Hair: it was long, nappy, unmanageable, nasty and needed cut
november 2007 Hair: it was shorter, and out of my face and people liked it a lot better.
november 2008 current Hair: its actually tight, i have my own little style now and it is what makes me, me I think

november 2006 Girl I like: it was some girl in my photo class who i had a small crush on for about 2 weeks who got me motivated to lose weight…
november 2007 Girl I like: it was sasha.. yea everyone remembers that one i bet.. things obviously didnt work out for me but it was the closest I had ever been to a girl before
november 2008 Girl I like: alexis. franco. yea she was my new motivation to keep this up, i had a tought point around august i think and then bam i came back in september and tried getting in greater shape. so yea, things didnt work out for us…. but you never know what the future might hold.

november 2006 mile time: hell i couldnt even run half a mile! i think i averaged around 9 minutes for one mile my freshmen year
november 2007 mile time: 7:29 i think it was last year, but i never ran 3 miles all the time back then!
november 2008 mile time: i do 3 miles in just under 22 minutes, (21:54) and i can do a mile easily in under 7 minutes if i try hard enough, but i pace myself now to go farther which is a lot better.

november 2006 What I’m eating: i was eating junk food 24/7. i ate after 6 o clock all the time. i had sour straws and a soda before bed every night, ate chips out of the bag until the bag was empty… horrible stuff.
november 2007 What I’m eating: It was kind of bad for me last year… i only had about 3 things a day. it wasnt healthy. i would have cereal, school lunch, then a sandwich when i got home…
november 2008 What I’m eating: Well its sort of like last year. cereal in the morning, a rice burrito thingy at lunch, and one more bowl of cereal before work. when i eat with alexis though i’ll have my take out food, but i burn it off at the gym, i make sure i do. i never, EVER try to eat past 5 pm. unless im out with her.

november 2006 body type: i was a fat ass little long haired chunky guy. no girl was really attracted to me, i was pale (still am), but i had acne, it wasnt anything i wanted to be.
november 2007 body type: i was skinny and lean, but still had meat on my bones around the waist area and stomach. i was in shape though, didnt really have any muscles on my arms compared to now
november 2008 body type: i have strong bigger arms, some great leg muscles, my stomach still needs improving but i can see the v shape clear as day now, the lower abs are taking form now, i run all the time, my body is good :) i like it

….a lot of changes happen in a year, and 2 years…….. i dont care what you think of me.  i am proud for what ive done and how i look right now.  it took a lot of hard work and motivation.  anyone who doesnt respect the amount of time i’ve dedicated towards this doesnt relize just how hard it was.  and thank you to Autumn and Marisa… they are the ones who really kept me motivated.  thank you guys, i love you both your awesome, especially autumn, u’ve helped me since day one!

current weight: 133.9 lbs.  again, i have been up to 136 at one point but i cant tell physically looks wise, its been muscle gain or something, i know it.

hair: tomorrow is halloween and i will cut it probably.

girl i like: unfortunatley, me and alexis arent togther right now.  notice how i say, right now.  we are still friends, but i want to be with her still, she knows it.  we’ll be back together, i know we will… i hope and pray.  but she is still my motivation for everything i do.

mile time for the week: im SOOOO proud of myself.  i have gone to the gym FIVE DAYS A WEEK, mon-friday, for 3 weeks straight now.  everytime i am there, i run at least one mile.  sometimes i go for 3 miles.  i did  3 miles in 22 minutes the other day, and a mile today in 7 minutes.  so i run alllll the time now.  it really helps out my mid section and the v shape.  trust me ;]

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: honestly i havent really been doing this one since i run all the time.  i know, bad jason, but hey i run twice as much as i normally do.

what I’m eating: same ol stuff as usual.  then when i go out to eat with alexis, ill admit i have wendys or jack in the box, or panda express, but i burn it off when i go to the gym the next morning.  i make sure i burn off the food.

body type: holy hell.  working out like crazy these past few weeks has really showed me improvement.  my arms are bigger, my stomach is firmer, i can see the bottom lower abs form now.  when i run i can feel my stomach burn off fat.  i look in the mirror afterwords and i look cut.  plus im with alexis.  she makes me feel okay with my body.  i used to never feel this way.  she makes me happy, even if we arent officially together right now, but we are still together :)

plus it has been nearly 2 years since i first started this journey.  i cant believe it.  i will post new pics on november 4th 08.  ill show some never before seen pics of my progress throughout these two years.  im proud.  it took time and patience and a lot of hard work but im getting where i wanted to.  a nice body, a terrific girl, and happy with myself at long last. (partly due to alexis)

current weight: 133.3 lbs.I have been up to 135 even in the past 3 weeks, why?  im not eating anything different, same stuff, same amount, but im doing weights more… idk i have a feeling im getting muscle finally.  i can feel it and see it

hair: i am still keeping it long for the time being.  i sorta like it, idk, i wanna cut it but then again i dont.

girl i like: i love alexis.  shes my motivation yo.  i cant do a workout without thinking of how amazing she is and how lucky i am to have a girl like her in my life.  its like im dreaming

mile time for the week: ive been doing 3 miles a lot!!  ive ran it like 8 times so far this month, ive ran 2 miles about 3 times, and one mile about 5 times.  ive been to the gym a lot this past month.

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: i havent done it in 3 weeks or so, all i do is run now.

what I’m eating: um.  cereal, rice in a tortilla.  thats been it.  when i went on some dates with alexis i of course had some shrimp, then some ice cream, and some other stuff, but i went to the gym the day afterwords and burned it off lol

body type: its getting more muscular, my arms are getting bigger i can visibly see.  i also am getting more cut around the stomach.  i do really hard ass stomach work outs and they kill my stomach, it hurts but i know its helping out its shape.  so yea, im trying….

current weight: 131.3 lbs. yesterday i was up to 134!  i lost 3 lbs and i did a hell of a workout today holy shit omg…. i think it was water weight yesterday though, i peed it all out haha

hair: i think im gonna grow it out for a little bit, idk, having it really short looks wierd in pictures and i love taking pictures with a certain someone, and i like to look good for her :)

girl i like: alexis amazes me each and every day i talk to her.  im going sunday to church to with her and i have never been to church before.  i hope her mom likes me.  but yea you have NO IDEA how much of an impact she is making on me.  i work out 150% harder, i put more effort into my school work unless im distracted by her when im off in my own little world daydreaming lol.  everyone always said “you deserve a good girl jason, she’ll come one day”, well its about time i finally met her and she feels the same towards me :)

mile time for the week: i have a pic to prove it but i ran 3 miles today in 23 minutes 57 seconds.  omg i about died, but i kept thinking of alexis, she makes me workout so much harder!  its my goal to do good for her :)

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: i was on it for 17 minutes the other day, so about 150 calories right there.

what I’m eating: i really dont have to change this much, its same as always.  but i think i need to eat more protein to gain muscle/ abs.  i like turkey breast, i might start eating more of that

body type: i havent taken a new update pic in a while, but i did one of my back last night.  holy crap man i worked out hard this entire week.  honestly i think its cuz of my incredible girlfriend :)   i just wanna be in good shape for her and it pushes me harder.  like today at the gym, i did twice as much work outs as normal, and did about 250 jump ropes, i never do those but they help out!  i feel great :) plus i ran 3 miles with doing about 30 minutes of ab exersizes on top of that!!  i feel on top of the world :)

still gotta work on the muscles more..

current weight: 130.2 lbs, i didnt gain or lose and im surprised really, i ate more than usual.

hair: its at the length that i like it at right now.  idk, i might consider growing it out just a bit now )

girl i like: I have a girlfriend :)   you have no idea how much I like her.  Back in the beginning of my senior year i would see her walking by me, and think, she sure is cute, i talked to her a bit on myspace, i was supposed to get a hug from her back in like, september!  i was to scared though!  months passed, then came may.  i posted a bulliten, she replied to it, and basically thats how i met the best amazing girl ever :)   she makes me so happy.  i never felt like this before, she is my motivation to do so much now, college, work, better life style, start church even…. alexis your amazing :)   i cant even begin to describe it

mile time for the week: 7 minutes today.  good time :)

EXERCISZE BIKE time for the week: college started this week so no time for exersize bike

what I’m eating: honestly, the usual.  except since starting BC, i have noticed that its a workout walking back and forth on that campus haha.  so if i had a mcdondalds mcflurry hey, i burned that crap off, its a bitch walking up those stairs and to my car.

body type: i took a gander in the mirror last night… i guess i like what i have become now.  :)   why shouldnt I be?  i went from a fat ass loner kid to what i am now with an amazing girl.  somewhere along the way i did something right :)   you have the slightest clue as to how incredible i feel, seriously, i havent felt this happy before.  :)   feels awesome.
